Hi everyone a couple of months ago a bailiff turned up and asked if i was the person they were looking for i said no and closed the door he then barged my door open with me pushing him back he got half way into my kitchen but some how i managed to get him out he was a big guy to compared to me and in the altication let my dog out which i later found down the street shaking. He did not tell me who he was or where he was from and has damaged my pvc door so shows how hard he was pushing he also hurt my arm and shoulder with all the shoving. i have trouble getting my mail as my door is at the rear of the property and my mail is always put into an empty shop next door, anyhow i have now found out it was a bailiff from swift/marstons as i have a letter with a 235 pound charge on top of the speeding fine i recieved. Is there any way i can claim for damaging my door and how i go about this. Thanks
Some advice would be appreciated
