    Bought through Currys - top of oven door has a black plastic trim which clicks door onto main oven, trim broke after 2 months, AEG says not under warranty and won't replace.

    Go to Currys and quote Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    Goods unsatisfactory, (not sufficiently durable sec 9 (3)(e)
    You have right to repair (sec 23 (2)

    And the warranty is supposed to give extra protection beyond your statutory rights!
