Hello M1,

First of all I must thank you for your help which you have been extending to lot of people like me.

I have a similar case at Earl Haig parking for around 14 + minutes. I was actually waiting for my friend to come who entered 3 minutes after me and we were there for sometime before deciding to move out of the car park. Genuinely parking signs were not visible and the area was very dark too.

Both self and my friend appealed to Smart parking with the language you have mentioned in this forum. I have received a rejection whereas my friend's appeal has been accepted. Do you think that's because he stayed for 11+ minutes compared to my stay of 14+ minutes?

I have got 2 more days to pay discounted rate of £60 or else appeal in Popla. Need your suggestions on what should be done and chances of winning it in Popla.
