  • Received Claim Form From Reston

    Hi
I wonder if someone can advise me here. I have defaulted John Lewis and they have passed my details to Reston. I initially spoke to Reston to settle the debt but they refused. Outstanding balance of £6500 and as I unemployed I offered to pay £20 which the refused.

Today , they have sent me a claim form to be filled and send it back.

Please can some advise me on the steps to take?

    Kind regards,
