  • PCN: Stopped where prohibited

    Hi everyone,

My husband got himself a Penalty Charge Notice which we want to challenge.

On the 26th March at 8:44 he got recorded by CCTV stopped on a red route. He stopped there only to unload his huge Carpet Machine, bring it to the address and then got back to the car and parked it where allowed.

The thing is that he noticed the sign 'Loading only' but he didn't noticed it is for Saturday as well.

Have we got a chance with this penalty as he really only was unloading and he's got proof (invoice) from the clients he worked for that day. Oh, and also if it helps or makes any difference there was no sign on the street that there is CCTV in operation.

this is the street view on Google map: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/...c26b5e!6m1!1e1

    Thanks in advance
