Hi all, i am new to this site and looking for a little help please.
I have a CCJ against me dated September 2011, i haven't lived at that address since March 2011, I only found out about the CCJ a few weeks ago.
I have now received a letter from Cabot, ( sent to my mums house, ) demanding payment. my questions are, can i use the three letters, or do i have to somehow get the CCJ removed first ? and how have Cabot got hold of the alleged debt after almost 5 years ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
