    Time was 8pm at night, so would have been dark, visibility was decent from the officers report on aforementioned attachment.

    In terms of his dad's death, that was in March 2016, the offence is in October 2015. He needs to work to bring money into the family home on the back of this, and he isn't on a bus route where he lives.
    Did he see the road signs, were they adequately illuminated in the dark, if so it's open and shut case. Was visibility decent in the driver's opinion? What type of job does he do, ie if driving crucial to his job?
