Hi, posting on behalf of my OH. She "had" a payment plan with these cretins at £40 a month, I have been through the statements and payments and now believe this debt has been settled in full plus more. They have added interest on through the pp.I have told my wife to stop the standing order and ask for a statement in full. They have said the "system is down" and cannot do anything at this time. They have an hour before my wife lets me to speak to them,,look out if I get the phone to them...it is not showing on noodle btw..we have checked.
