I am need of some advice
I got a parking ticket from premier parking soultions back in April 2015 for being 8 mins over the time. Reasons being my son who is severally asthmatic had a really bad turn so we had to make sure he was ok before going back to the car as he could t breath etc. I appealed the charge and basically said tough we allowed you a grace period of 5 mins. This I have read seems to change from person to person. I then appealed again but with no luck. I was too late for popla and didn't know about it until after the 30 days. So 5 months went by and nothing then they started hounding me with letters sometimes 3 in one day. I once again wrote to then stating everything they hen said grace period had changed to 10 but they still aren't able to reverse he charge, now I have letters from debt collecting companies coming to my door saying I have to pay or they may take me to court. I really don't know what else to do as I feel he charge is I just and the fact they keep changing the grace period. Help please
