Has the writ to be stayed was granted and you're waiting for the order?or you just applied for it ?

From what they say it appears a Stay has been granted but wonder if this just an interim pending a further Hearing. Regardless of the fact the Court themselves have not sent a copy they have had notice it has been granted and a Judge would be very unhappy should they continue enforcement. This sounds like someone at the end of the phone in the office who is just being plain stroppy.

If that is the case Then as soon as the HCEO is made aware that a stay of execution has been awarded, he must stop enforcement.

Court called me to say was Stayed same day of application by a Judge and will have a Hearing shortly with a copy of Order will be in the post.

That's good news , then HCE must stop the enforcement . Good luck with the hearing !
