  • Letter of claim?

    Hi all

Firstly, I am sorry if this is in the wrong place,

    Received this letter today..

Now, I do know that I owe this debt and have been sticking my head in the sand for the past year with all the letters they have sent to me, but this one has really hit home.

I'm a single mum to a 2 year old, on income support and trying to hold my place at college at the same time, and i just do not have the money or time for this, and really don't know what to do.

What will happen? I was kind of hoping as I have no savings and don't receive much money that they wouldn't be able to do much, but then this letter arrived and now I am all panicked

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you all x
