  • MET Parking Fine - paid

    Hello everyone!

I received a Parking Charge Notice for £100 (£60 of paid within 14 days) from MET parking services the other day for parking 30 mins above the 3 hour limit at Virgin Active Gyms car park.

Do I need to pay this fine? Can I appeal on any grounds?

    Cheers!

Speak to the manager of the gym and also appeal. (I'm assuming this was a ticket sent to you via post)

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver was a genuine user of the gym. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.
