  • Lowells portfolio sent court form

    Hi

I have been reading several posts about Lowell over past few days and have clued my self up about CCA s and CPRs . I am sure that one of them said " make sure it is actually a form from the court and not the debt agency being crafty and that one way was to check it had the court stamp on and that the claims forms are light blue. Well my forms look like photo copies and there is a court stamp on them but again it looks photo copied, Is the stamp supposed to be an inked on one?

It would be extremely stupid action of an FCA regulated debt purchaser to issue a false claim.
Claims via the Northampton County Court Business Centre are produced electronically with the stamp printed
    on the document.
What else did you receive in the claim pack?

oh so maybe it is a genuine one then, it was just that I had read that sometimes dcas have been known to do that . I got the response form and details of the claim which was with Shop Direct. No paperwork relating to this was attached . I did have an account with shop direct and got into difficulties and stopped paying, but the amount I reckon I owed was about £1000 and this is for £2200
