        However...once I switched on and went through the log in progress it is still "" acting up" will load some of the apps I had, Google Maps and Google World , but although I am a bit ashamed to admit this tells me the two "King" game I had on are not compatable with the device. They work fine on this (Acer ) any one tell me what I do now?!

            I don't normally worry about games but... have you tried deleting the apps then dowloading again from playstore?

                Delete the apps from Settings. Application Manager, may vary with version.

                  Strangely enough they were not in the Application Manager but I was busy putting the apps I do not use into the deleted items folder when I noticed it was updating, now everything seems to be back to normal!

                        Looks like I have been lucky in regards to my insurers, the firm involved in the replacement and Samsung after care, there is another thread about a Lenovo by @sharron22 wonder if you have seen it @ostell ? Could you help.
