    Why do we sometimes have little faith in the system? Incidents like this one where they made things up, destroyed the trust the mother and social services had and it means that she won't ask for help in the future. Yet despite reputational harm, the council choose to keep the person responsible in their position.

    Would you trust them if they were your social worker? Hell no.
