MKDP now sold dept to hoist portfolio after discontinue letter from MKDP advise

hi all sorry admin i may have put this in the welcome section in error not sure how to remove or correct it

thanks for all your previous help . i thought we cracked this and put it to bed but low and behold its back
I had 2 of those Nottingham cc from MKDP with your help i went through all the letters and defense and submitted to all concerned
as the dept was stat barred MKDP issue date 14 .03.14 i never got any response from MKDP or Nottingham CC, 2 weeks ago
when MKDP sent me 2 discontinue letters for both Depts great that will be the end of that long saga i thought. today i have received 2 more letters as follows from MKDP

we are writing to let you know that , in accordance with our rights your account reference above has
been sold to hoist portfolio holing 2 limited, on 26.10.2015
you will shortly receive a notice of assignment this will confirm your new account reference number together with
details of who to contact about your account

any payments made towards your account after 26.10.2015 have been forwarded to hoist portfolio


in brief the 2 original depts were defaulted april 2009 on my credit file and is stat barred as i made no payment to hsbc prior to that date

any advise on the above would be appropriated on what i have to do next, i have just about got over the last episode with stress
and worry the depts are ex hsbc £1,611.91 and ex hsbc £1,029.66

I may be wrong but I think MKDP were bought by Hoist last year so what you received should not make any difference

IF you do get a claim again you can just go through the process but if you get a letter before action send a copy of the discontinuance notice to the solicitor
