  • Is a copy of cc application the same as cc agreement

Had a dca provide a signed application form and t&c (tc's were badly photocopy/reproduced and not sure if accurate).
just wondering if this is acceptable should they try ccj route?

      Good morning,
Sounds like an attempt at providing a " reconstituted" agreement which must have the following elements.

It must be easily legible in all parts.

      1. Your name and address as it was when the agreement was signed.

      2. The terms & Conditions at inception and closure of the account.

3, Any other documents mentioned in the T's & C's,

      4. Any material amendments to the T's & C's,

It would help us to comment if you could post copies of the documents.

        Thanks nem
they were provided few years back.. sure i have it somewhere....
i just remember it defo said an 'application form'

Dca didnt follow up at time..... but now some rumblings so i have done a new cca request and waiting to see what they send

Suppose just wondering if an application form is the same as an Agreement (my signature was on application) so i know if they can press for court route

        Thx

Many application forms are dual purpose but don't have all the T's & C's on the form but provided separately in booklet form.
