  • Grattan EOS Solutions

Hi Ive received a letter from grattan informing my that my account has now been passed to eos solutions and i should contact then immediately to re-confirm my payment plan and next payment date.
I feel into arrears with my grattan account at the end of 2013, I was off work due to illness, I sent grattan doctors letters, not fit for work etc forms and they gave me a 3 month period where they froze the interest on my account but the amounts they were asking for were still more than i could afford. Ive been paying £10 a month, the debt after all the charges theyve added is now over £1600. They wont accept my payment amount but have carried on paying it anyway, they wont freeze interest again as they wanted another doctors letter and for me to contact a debt charity, both of which ive refused to do now.

I have 2 other catalog debts and they have both frozen all charges, interest etc and are accepting the £10 a month, why wont grattan?

I think the grattan account was started early 2008 but cant be 100% sure. Could anyone advise me of my next course of action please, as Im assuming eos will be in contact fairly soon

    Thanks

Good morning Tink, welcome to LB.

Personally I would not do anything until EOS contacts you.
