  • Vodafone has taken over £1000 for not reason

I run a very small company and we have a Pay-As-You-Go sim with Vodafone. Normally topping up £10-£20 every so often (most of are correspondence is done with email) Between the 24/12/15 and 6/1/15 around £1000, in two separate payments, over £1000 has been taken from my companies bank account by Vodafone. We have not authorised this and have not used any Vodafone services that would amount to this or have any contact or contact with Vodafone other then the pay-as-you-go sim. We are a very small company if this large amount keep getting taken we will be unable to pay freelancers or bills.

Any help or advise any one could provide would be much appreciated.

Have you spoken with Vodafone about this ?

Have you ever actually given Vodafone your bank details, or has it come off your card you use to top up the PAYG ?

Or could someone have tried to top up 5.00 and missed off the . ?

We are awaiting a response from Vodafone.

We have never given Vodafone the companies bank details, we have only ever top up with a debit card.

As far as I am aware the PAYG was not topped up on the dates or ever any time around those dates.

        Thanks EXC
