sorry for constant questions, just noticed in the covering letter for the questionnaire that point 3. said fill out and return by 7th march to northampton court .. .. .. .. ..and serve on all other parties. Does this mean i send a copy to Lowell aswell? sorry that may sound silly bit thought better to check.

                  Hello Matt,

                  Correct!
The claimant in your case has failed to send the Directions Questionnaire to the court and has now 7 calendar days from the date they received this notice to submit their DQ or the court will strike out the claim.

My guess is that a some point the claim was in the hands of Bryan Carter LLP and then Lowell
dropped Carter in favour of Lowell Solicitors Ltd which seems as incompetent as BC.
We've already seen Lowell seeking relief from court sanctions in similar circumstance.

                          Hello Matt,

Do you have the agreement etc. to work with? Did you answer yes to the mediators questions re the documents?

Anything more from Lowell or the solicitors?

                              Hello Matt,y
I suspect the mediator will decline to proceed, if you don't have the documents ( mentioned in the particulars of claim) to refer to, if this is the case then the claim will be passed to your local County Court Hearing Centre you will then receive directions from that court.

Please try to answer the mediators call, you can then state that Lowell and Lowell Solicitors have failed to comply with the 2 requests and you cannot go forward with the mediation.
