  • Schedule of loss

I am a litigant in person with a misrepresentation case in the fast track, I have to produce a Schedule of Loss and can't find clear simple advice stating what is required

Does the schedule of loss include all or any of the following

    1) Cost of the product I purchased

    2) legal costs I spent getting initial advice

    3) my time spent on researching and preparing the case to-date plus future time i.e attending court costed at £18/hr

    can any one help please

    Re: Schedule of loss

    Hi

This was some time ago, so I don't know if you have resolved this yet. If not, either send me a private message or respond to this thread, and I can let you have a draft schedule template.

    Cheers

    Dean
