watch out for this one! Newlyn will send a text asking you to call them and arrange a payment for an outstanding fee for a letter issued by a council to recover outstanding council tax otherwise a bailiff will call that day! The case in question concerned an amount of £75. Calling the District Council revealed no letter had ever been issued and no amount was outstanding.
They rely on most people coughing up just to make them go away.
