Can anyone help? I've received a claim form, but I'm unsure as to whether it's genuine or not. It just seems a bit suspect...

Does it have a claim number on it? If so, give the northampton county court business centre and ask them if it is genuine Easiest way ( though they have a bit of a call queue sometimes).

Or scan it in / take a picture and upload it here - without your personal details on of course.

Did it come in an envelope from Northampton CCBC or direct from Bryan Carter Sols ?

Uncle Bryan is not known for Pseudo claim forms

He by default issues a 14 day letter before action then a claim form without further notice

Have a nose at photo bucket or image shack

You may want to look at this thread: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...r-details-safe!)

I very much doubt it will be a fake claim, Mr Carter DOES issue claims. :mad2:

If you have problems you can email it to kati@legalbeagles.info who will do the necessaries although uploading a redacted copy is not difficult.
