Hi All,
A friend has had a visit from Marstons this morning,He has contacted the "BAILLIFF" and was told he has to pay in full .He was told that the Baillif will return tomorrow at 6pm with a locksmith.
Any ideas or help would be good he is very concerned but I am not sure of the powers under the new regulations .To confirm it is a HMCTS fine.The other question is the BAILLIFF did not leave his full name on the notice so there is no way of checking him.
