    Zzzps cannot sue in their name but many of these are seeing the original company go to court. NCP not so much, yet.

    If you get anything in the name of NCP from WH start a thread.

      Thanks for the info, and will do. Is it likely that NCP would actually take people to court themselves over a £1 car park fee?
