As a technophobe I don't know which other way to send a message

I am a fully paid up VIP member but cannot access the VIP area at all. I know I haven't posted for a while but I have paid up, honest, lol.

Have I been ditched :confused2:

Did you pay for a year or a lifetime ?

I suspect a year as you are no longer orange which indicates you've let it lapse.

I paid in May/June this year for a two year VIP membership !! Feeling a little miffed tbh

Just checked my paypal account I paid £25.01 on the 21st June 2015 ....................... (ie. 2 years membership)

Hi Ruby, Sorry about that, it seems the system can't automatically cope with organised people who renew/upgrade before their original sub runs out, I've sorted it out manually for you so you're good to Aug 2017 now.... Damn technology.

We are going to be doing a full upgrade soon, it's a biggy to the next full version of VB so bit of an undertaking, which should fix the quote/edit issues people have been having so putting it off a bit until Kids are back at school and I can concentrate properly.
