  • Voluntary Termination VW - 50%

    Hello,
I'm new to the forum and hope to get a bit of clarity on my specific VW car finance PCP. I have had my car for just under 2 years on a 3 year PCP. I enquired with VW finance about doing a voluntary surrender and they advised that I'd have to pay a cost of approx £3800 to bring it to the 50% mark which equates to the the remaining 14 months payments when I would be able to hand it back anyway. Does this seem right and is there any way I can get out of this without having to pay the lump sum?

    Thanks

    Craig

You will be liable for the 50% either way you go I would think, therefore it's probably best to pay the lump sum.
