Have you done a CCA request and CPR 31.14?

The CCA request is important if it is not provided within the 12 + 2 Workings days the
debt is unenforceable until it is produced.

Received a letter today from Cabot in response to the CCA.

We refer to the above matter and your letter received in our office on the 13th May 2015.

We confirm that we do not hold all your information on file, therefore we have requested a statement of account and copy of the agreement from the original creditor which we will forward to you upon receipt.

Please be advised that your account is now with Mortimer Clarke Solicitors. Please direct all further correspondence regarding this account to their office.

Please advise what my next move should be. Thanks.
