Hi,
I am hoping someone can help. My father has recently passed away and my sister has been named as the executor, I have seen the will and have been left 40% of the estate. Me and my sister don't see eye to eye and she is threatening to give my share away to charity, is this possible and what can I do to stop this happening?

thanks for your response, can she refuse to pay me? I owed my father some money also (not a lot) can she take this money?
