  • Consent order template

    Hi Beagles!

I recently had a CCJ by default against me due to address change, and have missed the 14 days to pay it.

The claimant has confirmed they will sign a consent order to have it set aside upon payment.

Does anyone have a consent order template that I could use, as I have no idea what I need to do?

    Thanks in advance,

    FF

    It's one month, not 14 days: http://www.trustonline.org.uk/unders...stay-on-record
