    I really admire you for attempting to go through the ECHR route. I cannot help on that but I was interested to read about your experiences with not being able to use sections of The White Book and would like to see if there is anything there that I can hep with.
    Did you complain to the judge? What kind of court were you in? Magistrates/County civil etc?

        I was just amazed at what you said about The White Book? in my case they are always using it quoting from it and the other side's barrister has it on his IPad and shows it to the judge frequently. Why would they have treated you differently do you know?
