Date of default judgement: 05th August 2014
Date of updating DVLA with new address: 01st December 2014
Because I took nearly 6 months to update my registered address with the DVLA I doubt I have much of a chance of getting the judgement set aside based on the argument documents were sent to the wrong address (plus I don't really have much of a solid ground to defend the "parking offence" as I have absolutely no evidence to back up any claim I could make and don't have time to gather any). Therefore, I'm looking at settling the debt with ParkingEye and want the CCJ removed; based on what you mentioned here:
