  • Small Claims for Scam US company Advice Needed

I am the victim of a scam by Boost Software Inc which is based in America.
I have all the receipts and emails from them.
The Federal Trade Commission were successful in getting a temporary injuction against this company in November 2014.
I have an ongoing problem getting my refund from this company and wonder if anyone can advise me about making a claim against them.
I think the courts will probably award 'consumer injury' payments to the people like me who have had money taken off us by unfair trading.
My claim will be for a refund of what I paid plus compensation for the distress and anxietry I have suffered since September 2014, not to mention the time and hassle it has taken to get any response from Boost Software Inc.
I have pdfs regarding the Florida Court petition and can send it by email to anyone who is able to offer advice on suing a US company/person from the UK.

I bought software that is supposed to clean the registry on computer. Within 3 weeks each time I used it I was directed to the purchase page again. Had to complain, then got another activation key no. This went on and on for a while. Too much info to put here, but upshot is that they refused my application for a refund. Yesterday I sent them an email stating all that I know about the Federal Trade Commission petition and that it has been proven that they are operating a scam under unfair trading laws. I demanded my refund application and the email be passed to senior management, and lo and behold got an email this morning saying the refund has been approved and will be in my account in 5-7 days. Don't hold out much hope, just another delaying tactic. As the company is in the hands of the receiver I don't expect the management have access to the funds to pay me anyway.; I feel it is just more lies.
My consumer injury claim is on the basis that for one year I have been suffering anxiety and worry due to the fact that boost software inc had remote access to my computer and therefore all my files and personal and important information. And the months of inconvenience by their continual lying by sending activation keys when they knew that from November 2014 their scam had been reported and therefore the software selling was illegal.
The 'technician' who said he needed remote access to run the scan on my system did not advise me to close the remove access an the end of the session with him. I hadn't realized that the remote access had been left open for months. During this time boost software could have had access to my computer. I depend on online shopping for food so do need to use my computer, I have a disability.

Is there a way I can upload a pdf to this page.
