Just looked aT my credit file on noddle and Cabot took two payments off the balance then upped the balance and now they have upped it again
i believe it now has the court and solicitor fees added on to it yet the paperwork I got from the court just said appeal dismissed and to pay what was ordered before
the judge did say I had to pay the costs but that was not in the letter I recived
Also when I ring to pay it says do you want a text receipt so I input my number yet don't recive anything
surly they can't do that
