OFT refers North London cinema merger to Competition Commission

The OFT has referred to the Competition Commission (CC) the anticipated acquisition by CineWorld Group Plc of the cinema business at the Hollywood Green Leisure Park, Wood Green, previously operating under the Showcase brand.
