  • CCX v A&L

Well, this is a new one for me, last month sent off me prelim and a SoC to the A&L, cos it was a new account i had all but one of my statements and hadn`t noticed any charges coming out, but due to work and ill health and being drunk could`bt be bothered sending off my LBA....anyhoo, they never repled to my prelim and his morning i had letter about a DPA request that i never sent off with my statements in and low and behold in that one month i had two charges lol.

Now the question is, do i restart my claim with the amended SoC or jump straight into the LBA with an ameded SoC?

    Thanking you gladly in advance

    Hiya Koenigsegg,

Been there myself. I just jumped straight in with the LBA and ammended the Soc. It worked for me.

    Good Luck,
    Hod..Liam..
