  • Scam maybe? E Dreams

Has anyone had any dealings with a company called E Dreams a booking company supposed;ly connected with jet 2 airlines, my daughter paid a deposit to them ,but didnt get a reservation email or anything, so thought it jhadnt gone through so did it again with the airline itself, after the holiday she discovered she had been charged by both
She has tried to contact edreams but cannot ,she either gets cut off or cant get through,
I have read a few reviews about them and it seems a lot of people are having the same problem, dont know if its a scam or just difficult to contact,so wondered if anyone here had had any dealings with them and if you got a refund

Did she pay by credit card, how much did she pay as deposit and how long after booking was the money taken?

    Hmmm reviews really aren't good - https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.edreams.com

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes she paid by credit card over £300, not quite sure exactly how much, the airline was EASYJET by the way not jet 2, but my daughter didnt realise until, she came back from holiday with her partner, she also rang Easyjet who sau=id they have passed the refund on to E Dreams
She originally thought they hadnt take a payment as she didnt get a confimation email at all, so then she went straight to Easyjet and paid them, who by then obviously hadnt had her original payment passed on by then,
Easyjet says she will have to get on to Edreams again but she cant get any reply, her phone call just got through then went dead, several times
I have seen the reviews, most are very bad, sjhe might be able to claim back off credit card, but thats not the point,so said i would check on here in case anyone else has had dealings with them

Have you tried filling in one of their claims forms ? It is worth a try.
