  • Telecommunications debt

    Hi, new to the forum.

I recently signed up with equifax in order to check my financial situation.

I have 2 outstanding debts which have defaulted since 2012.

EE/T-mobile - £131 is from a sim only mobile contract which i entered into, i didn't even open the letter after the sim was sent out to me so it was unused.

Lowell - £287 (default balance £46) is from a 3mobile contract, i lost the phone shortly after entering into the contract and stupidly didn't pay the bill.

These are my only issues on my credit file, i want to get them cleared and i'm happy to pay them in full but i'm not sure of the best approach.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
