  • Help please - schedule of repairs

I am creating a schedule of repairs/defects to send to a builder for his comments to try to identify the outstanding issues between us. I seem to recall from about 10 years ago there was a name of such a schedule - can anyone tell me what the colloquial name of such a schedule is please!

No - - I know where you're coming from - I think it was the name of a judge who thought it was a good idea (which it is) - like a Tomlin Schedule (although obviously it isn't!). It lists all the defects and the claimant fills in a column for the claim and the defendant responds to it, admitting or denying, with reasons.

I use something similar before Tribunals, which is called a Scott Schedule.

Within building matters, sometimes you draft a Notice of Dilapidations.
