  • Received letter from Lowell regarding Orange account that i don't recognise

    Hello,

Firstly I want to apologise if there is an answer to my question already. I tried to find anything but I couldn't. I have used your advise in the past and I couldn't be more grateful as the claim against me was discontinued. I did not think I would have to ask your help again but unfortunately I do.

I have just received a letter from Lowell again (they were the one who sent me a county court claim saying I owed money to Vodafone last time) stating that they have just purchased a debt I supposedly owe to Orange.
I have been an Orange customer for over five years. Last December Phones4U offered to upgrade my contract and transfer it to EE as this is the better network. I have been with EE ever since and never had even one late payment. I am more than happy with the service they are offering however I was clearly told this is a renewal of my orange contract and not a new one. This is clearly a mistake as I never even changed my number.

Could you kindly advise me on how to act on this matter

    Many thanks

    Regards

    Nick
