lol, good attitude to have. Maybe your letter to them previously put them off I'd be happy if they just went away for you - although court is very satisfying, it can be quite stressful getting to that point and there's a shed load of work involved in witness statements and defences and evidences, and he seems to be able to just walk away the night before the hearing without any costs consequences at all on him.

The discontinuation should only be by mutual consent imho. It is a very stressful situation, but with cases like this where it is used as a scare tactic, with no real hope of a win for the claimant it should be seen as such and consequences for the waste of court and the defendants time and effort be in place to stop this being used just to force people to pay for something they may not even owe.

It's certainly possible they have but would be virtually impossible to find out I'm afraid.

Its some time since I was in contact but I have been waiting for B.P.S to come up with some other gem to try to retrieve their fee from me, but nothing. This can only be due to you people at Legalbeagles, for your help and that great letter you provided which appears to put them out for the count. I would like to thank you all for your help and advise which without I am sure I would still be fighting the clowns. So once again thank you all.

Ahh that is good news. Thanks for letting us know.

Hopefully between us and trading standards we've put an end to the harrassment of people, even if we haven't managed to get their website removed.
