    Hi can you help me I have missed one payment with vodaphone and I have called them to try and rectify this situation I have 3 phones on this contract however they cut them all off I honed to pay and they said my bill nearly £500 I explained I could not pay this amount in one go, so I asked how much I can pay to have my kids phones put back on they said I could pay just under 300 pounds I did so after robbing Peter to pay paul however they have gone ahead and took another payment of just under £300 three hours later which I didnot notice till the next evening I called them up and they said that I owed it to them I explained my conversations again and someone was looking in to it and get back to me I ve heard nothing I called again today and told that there was nothing they could do as another bill had been reaise again convenient ly today so now I was in debt again and that I could try a bank disclaimer I asked and demanded I speak to a manager and they said there managers do not come to the phones I know am left furious and skint can you help me please as this is so unfair ......

    Tell your bank that you did not approve that 2nd transaction and get them to revere it.

      I do think that Ostell's advice about reversing the transaction is worth looking into too
