    The links below should display the forms (PDFs) from the HM Court Service web-site

    • Form N9 - Acknowledgment of service / Response pack.
    • This form should come from the Court as part of the response pack attached to the N1 Claim Form
    • Most people will not need to contest jurisdiction.
    • You can enter your acknowledgement of service online at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk
    • You must return this form to reach the court with 14 days of receiving it else the claimant may be able to ask for a default judgment against you.
    • If you wish to defend the whole claim you must enter the acknowledgement within 14 days and then enter your defence to the claim within 28 days from receipt of the original claim.
