    Re: Misconduct

Could you post up a redacted copy of the letter?
And give as much info as possible about what has happened up to now??

Gross misconduct " Instant Dismissal .
      Misconduct, possibly time to improve
      conduct/performance etc.
Possibly, suspension, loss of status/demotion, moved to
      another place of work?

        Re: Misconduct

        Hi
        it states the following-
you are alleged to have sworn at your manager and acted in a unprofessional manner towards him,if proven you will be found guilty of misconduct.
A fellow employee was found guilty of this not long ago and he was found guilty of
misconduct and received a written warning.
        thanks again

              Re: Misconduct

I don't mean for this to appear condescending but take this as an opportunity to remind yourself that regardless of your feelings to the manager, that person is in position to get the best out of you and make sure company standards and processes are adhered to.
I would take this chance to assess how the situation arose and therefore how to ensure it is not repeated, that can form part of your statement in the hearing. Show them you understand why they need to have taken action. Don't get defensive or belligerent and be prepared to apologise.

If you have an issue with other staff or practices of the business then use the same processes to make them aware of your concerns. Play the game if you like.
