The sign says £1.50 per hour or £7.50 all day. The contract say £7.50 all day. Which is right and which is wrong ? #oops

The court will be in touch soon with a date for trial and a date by which the parties need to submit all evidence including witness statements.

In the meantime i would write to the court asking to await the supreme court ruling in Beavis.

      Dear Court manager,

In the case of Parking Eye v xxxxx

I would ask that as the claimant has sent a reply to defence which extensively points to ParkingEye v Beavis that the court utilises it's case management powers and makes a case management decision of it's own volition to stay the above case pending the decision of the supreme court. There are currently at least 3 court orders to the same effect. 29 April 2015 Kingston upon Thames ParkingEye v Mr B A7FC835N &Aberystwyth Court, case no 3JD08308 ParkingEye v Davies

        • Also in the letter to I have to include the photocopy of the letter you've included?
        • what will happen when I go to court. Will you advise me on what to say, take with me etc....?

          Local court.

Either that or the case details same as the other 2 (parkingeye v xxx comedy court case xxxxxx)

I'll try but a lot depends on the supreme court. After that it'll either be very easy and probably no trial or a trial and very difficult if they win in the supreme court.

            Hi M1,

Thought I'd give you an update. I heard the matter was to be transferred to my local court but last week heard it was being transferred back to the court in Northampton. Otherwise, not much happening. Do we know what happened in the Supreme Court!

              Back to Northampton? Sounds weird.

Supreme court 21st for 3 days and probably end August at least before verdict given.
