I had a bad experience with this company only a month ago and the baliffs told mo had another debt and ring and get it sorted. I rang lines closed @ 9 in am so I emailed and offered repayment as I'm currently on jsa no response. They called on fri and left a removal notice so I rand and got through explained if offered repayment plan was totally ignored and now what? I can sleep with worry my debt is 157 for an old parking fine my fault I didn't pay I've moved and forgot but I've tried to sort it out now I really don't know what to do the bill is 397

The most that you can do is make an offer of payment. If this is not accepted, then there's no need to worry too much about what Marston can do. Provided you have no car in site, and you do not allow them in, they are unable to move forward with their action and they will eventually stop.
