MMF have bought some of my payday loans, I was looking to attempt "loans mis-sold" under the FCA guidelines, ie Wonga. If MMF have now bought the loans who am I contacting about it, the original lender, as its them I have the issue with, or is it MMF as they now "own" the loan ??
I have more questions to ask about MMF, that I will post later once I have read the huge bundle of paperwork they have sent me, including them saying they don't have to issue me deed of assignment !! Thanks once again in advance for any feedback.

You will not get the DOA from MMF , trust me I have tried and quoted law at them. The best way I found to deal with them is to make any complaint formal i.e head it formal complaint and end it that should they not respond with a reasonable answer you will take it forward to the FOS

I have some experience with these muppets as do a few others on here.

They have taken on all the rights and obligations of the debt however I would take this up with the OC to start with but copy in MMF. Once you have a final response from them, add that to your FOS complaint.

I think much will depend on when the loans were taken out and if it was irresponsible lending. Have Wonga not been in touch about the historic errors or is this a newer loan

One very important thing Never contact MMF by phone, e-mails are usually ignored.
If you have issues with the original creditor make a formal complaint to them.
As for MMF as Jon has said communication is not a skill well known to this company
Complaints to MMF should be addressed to Neil Petty (Founder / MD) marked private
      and confidential.
If MMF make some (or have made) incredulous threat/claims about what it can do if you don't pay these need to be copied to the FCA, together with a comment on the fitness of MMF to hold a Consumer Credit Licence.
I have a lot of experience in dealing with MMF.
