Hi all, hope you are well.
id like some help in regards to many letters received by this agency. To which I normally ignore as looked like fishings. they have issued me with a pre legal assessment, for a ccj so it's caught my attention now.
they claim I owe them 180, for an old orange account. I've spoke to orange they have no clue of the debt either. Which I have in writing.
Lowell claim it is because they have purchased the debt, now I never had a contract in the time period they said. Although it was my orange account from many many moons ago. when I asked for it in writing, she kept dodging the question. Just wondering what my next move should be if any. Thanks
