PPI funding corporation

Received acceptance form from the funding corporation. They received my response 3rd Nov 2014. Have not received payment. When contacted them I get excuses like "cannot see it on system yet" or "its in the later stage" or its in its last stage. When I request speaking to someone who can give any information about timescale they take my number and I don't hear from them. The FOC have no power over them and I feel as I am getting fobbed off by them. Is there anyone who can advise me how to proceed with this situationsituation.
