So you have nothing to refer to when (if) the other forms are issued by
the court.

Before doing anything regarding the debt being unenforceable, thinking it might
be so it not a defence hard evidence needed.

Please tell us your reasoning and evidence to backup unenforceability.

If you look back to the beginning of this thread you'll see my agreement.

I didnt have have a copy of this before the court forms were sent off

I'll stick with my comments made on the agreement.
Your difficulty is knowing what you have already
said in defence.

You could ask the court for a copy of the document you sent
so you can check what you have said, they may do so and
may possibly make a charge.

From memory I think my defence hovered around that I didnt acknowledge the debt with the dca.
Do I contact the court to get forms etc to 'update' my defence or leave it for the hearing ?

It is no use whatsoever have a defence that " Hovers around that you didn't acknowledge the debt with the DCA"
Impossible task here for anyone to advise you properly, you have it seems no idea what you submitted as a defence
and now you want to " amend " is as " possibly " unenforceable.

I suggest look back over the thread FP gave you a lot of help did you follow it?
You have a witness statement on the thread go through that and see what is there
that you may have used on the submitted defence. Is it the same as the witness
statement? Have you sent in the witness statement?

Ok, not sure what to do now....
yes I followed all advice and did exactly what FP suggested.
maybe I'll phone the court as I haven't a clue how to proceed

Was the defence the same as the witness statement? If so you have the
" unenforceable " claim in it.
Have you heard anything from the court since submitting the defence?
How long ago did you send it?
It is worth a call to the court to check the status of the claim e.g. Stayed or Active.
